Description:  
designed to provide treatment and attenuation for the next two phases of Patriot Ridge (Phases 3 and 4), near the intersection of Shoal River Drive/Chanan Drive and Skyline Circle, in Crestview, (Okaloosa County). The next phases will also consist of single-family residential subdivision with associated roadways, cul-de-sacs, dead-ends to future roadways, and a driveway connection to Chanan Drive. The surface water management system will consist of the construction, operation, and maintenance of two dry retention ponds to be constructed along the southern portion of Phase 3. The western dry retention pond (Pond A) will include discharge structure to be constructed along the southern portion of the pond. The discharge structure for Pond A will consist of a 1.75-foot wide rectangular weir set at an invert elevation of 122.0 feet. The eastern dry retention pond (Pond C) has been designed without a discharge structure and will have a top of bank set at an elevation of 127.0 feet. The ponds will eventually outfall toward the south to adjacent wetlands.

Permit Application Processing Stages
There are different stages that a permit application goes through until it is issued and/or closed.
 
Data Capture
The application submittal is being verified by Administrative staff before being routed to Regulatory staff for technical review.
 
Review
Application is under technical review by Regulatory staff.
Timeline: Staff has 30 days to review the new application or the RAI Response from the date it was received.
 
Pending RAI Response
Request for additional information (RAI) was sent to permittee/consultant and District staff is waiting on a response.
Timeline: Applicant has 90-days to respond to a RAI
 
Note:  The project may alternate between 'Review' and 'Pending RAI Response' stages more than once.
 
 
Note:  Most ERP applications are staff issued and do not require Governing Board action.
