Description:  
designed to serve stormwater retrofit activities in accordance with Section 62-330.451, F.A.C. (General Permit to Counties, Municipalities, and other Agencies to Conduct Stormwater Retrofit Activities). The proposed project will consist of a retrofit of an existing stormwater conveyance with two new dry detention ponds to improve water quality treatment and help reduce flooding in the surrounding residential neighborhood in Brent, (Escambia County). Associated activities will consist of excavation within a residential county right-of-way to remove portions of the existing water pipe and stormwater structures as well as the excavation of two new detention ponds. Minimal impacts are expected downstream to the receiving waters of Crescent Lake. The proposed project will be constructed according to the approved plans by McKim & Creed, Inc.

Permit Application Processing Stages
There are different stages that a permit application goes through until it is issued and/or closed.
 
Data Capture
The application submittal is being verified by Administrative staff before being routed to Regulatory staff for technical review.
 
Review
Application is under technical review by Regulatory staff.
Timeline: Staff has 30 days to review the new application or the RAI Response from the date it was received.
 
Pending RAI Response
Request for additional information (RAI) was sent to permittee/consultant and District staff is waiting on a response.
Timeline: Applicant has 90-days to respond to a RAI
 
Note:  The project may alternate between 'Review' and 'Pending RAI Response' stages more than once.
 
 
Note:  Most ERP applications are staff issued and do not require Governing Board action.
