designed to provide treatment and attenuation for the next phase of development located on a parcel permitted under IND-005-18314-2 and directly north of the permitted property under CON-005-18171-1, in Panama City Beach, (Bay County). The proposed activities onsite include the construction, operation, and maintenance of the remainder of the development that was previously designed to be served by a wet detention pond within the center of the project. The previous permit authorization included the construction of a small access roadway to a new lift station, as well as direct impacts to onsite wetlands and surface waters. The jurisdictional conveyance ditch that bisected the property west to east was previously permitted to be filled and relocated to the southern boundary of the project site which appears to have been completed and the changes are reflected within the construction plans.
