designed to provide treatment and attenuation for the next phase in the Deer Moss Creek/Ruckel Property master planned development, located along the north side of Rocky Bayou Drive, in Niceville, (Okaloosa County). The next phase will consist of the construction of a single-family residential subdivision with associated roadways, cul-de-sacs, amenity area with parking spots, and driveway connections to Deer Moss Loop. The surface water management system will consist of the construction, operation, and maintenance of two dry retention ponds to be installed near the northwestern and southwestern corners of the development. The eastern portion of the development will be captured, conveyed, and treated within ﾓBasin Aﾔ which was permitted under IND-091-9416-3; which was permitted under IND-091-9416-3. This permit will adjust the permitted basin boundary for this pond to include an additional 22.92 acres (total basin area is 32.85 acres) now being directed and treated by the pond. Each pond has been designed to discharge through a control structure outfalling into the wetland system that wraps around the northern, western, and southern boundaries of the project site. The proposed project is not anticipated to impact onsite wetlands.
