Description:
designed to provide onsite storage from the excavation of borrow material within approximately 78.69 acres located on the east end of Hero Road in Washington County. The proposed activities include the creation of four borrow pit areas where the excavated material will be taken off site to be processed and used for construction purposes. The project has been divided into eight different phases to reduce the amount of exposed surface. Please refer to the approved plans prepared by Dewberry for all detailed information. The final borrow pits have been modeled with the back to back 25-year / 24-hour storm event and appear to provide the required storage volume to retain the amount of runoff generated from this attenuation simulation. No wetlands or other surface water impacts are proposed.
