Woodlyn Meadows Subdivision Transfer
Transfer of O&M
designed as a minor modification to alter the point of discharge for Pond 1 in Woodlyn Meadows which was previously permitted and converted to Operation and Maintenance. The alteration to the point of discharge for Pond 1 will include the installation of a drainage inlet along the edge of the existing energy dissipation pad, as well as connect the sand filter pipe to the new drainage inlet. Additional grading, which includes a berm along the perimeter of the property, is proposed around the two discharge structures to help direct the discharge toward the county maintained stormwater conveyance system along Sasser Lane. The minor modification is due to changes to the outfall from Pond 1 that were required by Escambia County. There are no wetlands impacts proposed.
