designed to provide treatment and attenuation for a new commercial development located at 9637 Highway 79 in Bay County. The dry retention pond has been designed with a discharge structure to be constructed near the southwestern corner of the pond. The discharge structure will consist of a 48-inch wide concrete weir set at an invert elevation of 42.5 feet. The system will outfall toward the remainder of the property controlled by the permittee. The proposed project will also include the filling of an isolated manmade pond.
