Forgot Your User Name?

To sign in to your account you need both your user name and your password.  If you forget your user name, NWFWMD can send it to you via your e-mail address.  

However, if your registered e-mail address is no longer valid, or you can no longer access e-mail sent to this address, NWFWMD cannot automatically retrieve your user name. You will have to create a new account.

If you forget your password, go the Forgot Your Password page.

Forgot Your User Name?

Follow these steps to retrieve your User Name:

Step 1:  Click Forgot your username?

At the Home page, click on Forgot your user name? at the bottom of the window.

Step 2:  Enter your e-mail address

Enter your e-mail address and click Submit.

Step 3:  Select username

If e-Reg finds more than one username associated with the entered email address that was entered, it allows you to choose which one to use.  Click the radio button by the username you want and then click Submit.

Step 4:  Enter your password

You will be directed back to the Log In window.  The username is already entered.  Enter your password and click Sign In.
