The WUP Boundary dataset identifies the operational extent of a WUP permit. More than one parcel or facility may be operated under one permit. All pertinent parcels should be aggragated into one polygon. Per the Applicant's Handbook:Two or more properties represented by their owners to be separate properties shall be aggregated and treated as a single property for permitting purposes when the District determines that the properties are physically proximate and either share the same infrastructure or are operated as a common enterprise. However, when multiple use types, as defined in section 40A-2.501, F.A.C., are served by separate withdrawal or diversion facilities, the District has the authority to issue separate Individual Water Use Permits. |
