Forgot Your User Name? |
To sign in to your account you need both your user name and your password. If you forget your user name, the District can send it to you via your e-mail address. However, if your registered e-mail address is no longer valid, or you can no longer access e-mail sent to this address, the District cannot automatically retrieve your user name. You will have to create a new account. If you forget your password, go the Forgot Your Password page.

Follow these steps to retrieve your User Name:
Step 1: Navigate to the Log In window |
From the Home Page, click Account Services, then click Sign in to existing account..
Step 2: Click Forgot your user name? |
At the Log In window, click on Forgot your user name? at the bottom of the window.
Step 3: Enter your e-mail address |
Enter your e-mail address and click Submit.
Step 4: Select your user name |
The User Names associated with the e-mail will be presented. Select your User Name and click Submit.
Step 5: Enter your password |
You will be directed back to the Log In window. Enter your password and click Sign In.
