Forgot Your User Name?

To sign in to your account you need both your user name and your password.  If you forget your user name, the District can send it to you via your e-mail address.  

However, if your registered e-mail address is no longer valid, or you can no longer access e-mail sent to this address, the District cannot automatically retrieve your user name. You will have to create a new account.

If you forget your password, go the Forgot Your Password page.

 

Forgot Your User Name?

Follow these steps to retrieve your User Name:

 

Step 1:  Navigate to the Log In window

From the Home Page, click Account Services, then click Sign in to existing account..

Step 2:  Click Forgot your user name?

At the Log In window, click on Forgot your user name? at the bottom of the window.

Step 3:  Enter your e-mail address

Enter your e-mail address and click Submit.

Step 4:  Select your user name

The User Names associated with the e-mail will be presented.  Select your User Name and click Submit.

Step 5:  Enter your password

You will be directed back to the Log In window.  Enter your password and click Sign In.
