Application/Permit Number

Use this search option when you know the core application/permit number.

County

If you are interested in applications/permits for certain counties, you can use the county search to retrieve all records for the area of interest.

GIS Permit

Selecting the GIS Permit Search Tool option will open a new window to the GIS search interface.  You can search geographically in a variety of ways, including county, permit type, and permit number, or graphically by latitude/longitude or box.

Legacy Permit Number

The legacy permit number search allows you to search for a permit for which you know only the historic number. The format of these historic permit numbers differs from the existing format.

Permit Type

The permit type search allows you to select all applications/permits of a certain type (Environmental Resource, Water Use or Well Construction).

Party Name

This search method may be used when you know the names of individuals involved with the permit.  You can search for applications/permits by owner, applicant/permittee, agent, contractor, or application reviewer name.

Project Name

This search option can be used when you know the name or part of the name of the project.

Section, Township, Range

The section, township, and range search is used when the area of interest is specific. The township and range are required. If you also know the section, it can be entered to narrow the data search.
