Applying for a License Renewal |
Follow these steps to apply for a new license:
Step 1: Navigate to Contractor Licensing |
From the Home Page, navigate to Applications and select Contractor Licensing.
Step 2: Select your license type |
a. Select the Apply for New License radio button. b. Click Next.
Step 3: Enter your personal contact information |
a. Enter your personal contact information. b. Click Browse, locate the file containing your signature, and click Attach. You can create a signature form by clicking Print. Print the report that is displayed, sign the paper form, then scan it back into a file format that can be attached to the application. c. Click Next. Note: Clicking Reset will return all field to blank Step 4: Attach the required information |
a. Click Browse and attach a list of 10 water wells. b. Click Browse and attach a copy of the completion report for each well. c. Click Browse and attach letters from two (2) persons attesting to the length of time you've been in the water well construction business. d. In lieu of the other requested items, attach proof of equivalent experience for SJRWMD to review. e. Click Browse and attach proof that you have completed 12 CEUs of approved coursework within the last two years. e. Click Next.
Step 7: Complete the electronic payment process |
Payments can be made online using either a checking account or credit card. Your payments can be made using a secure connection with Bank of America's online payment site. The checking account or credit card information is encrypted as it travels across the Internet. Because these transactions are processed by Bank of America, SJRWMD and its employees do not have access to your checking account or credit card information, nor is any of the information retained as part of the public record.
